Tier spreads

Enter the spread for each currency and tier, as a percentage. Every morning at 8:00 the day's base rate is pulled, each tier's spread is taken off it (rate = base × (1 − spread%)), and the result is sent to that tier's groups. Saved spreads keep applying every day until you change them. A negative spread adds to the rate. Leave a cell empty to leave that currency out; leave a whole tier empty and that tier is not sent.
